HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WCHS) — Downtown Huntington is set to showcase the sights, sounds and tastes of Italian heritage Saturday.
The 2024 Italian Festival is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Aug. 17 and proceeds will benefit the Facing Hunger Foodbank, according to event organizers.
The festivities will include food, vendors and live music set up between 10th and 8th streets.
Event organizers have released a schedule of entertainment:
Aside from the live entertainment, two wine tasting sessions will take place from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the cost of $45 per person.
A children's play area will be open throughout the festival, featuring face painting, inflatables and games for kids.
