Flood waters filled the Orem Skate Park after a quick-moving storm moved through Utah County, making it look more like a community pool.

Debby finally moved out of the U.S. Saturday after the storm spent the better part of a week unleashing tornadoes and flooding, damaging homes and taking lives.

The declaration comes as a response to the severe storms and flooding from Tropical Storm Debby on Friday.

Evacuations began in Moncks Corner in the 1 a.m. hour Friday after water swiftly rose late Thursday evening into Friday morning.
