Former President Donald Trump campaigned in York County, Pennsylvania, Monday, speaking to voters from a manufacturing plant.
"78 days from now Pennsylvania will decide," said Trump, adding Kamala Harris will be "fired."
The 45th president delivered his remarks from Precision Custom Components on 500 Lincoln St.
"November 5 will be the most important day in the history of our country," remarked the former president.
Trump said the American dream is dead, and that he is going to "bring it back."
"Build American, buy American, hire American," said the former president, which left many supporters chanting in unison.
Trump attacks media, opponents
"Kamala puts America last, I put America first," said the former president. "Our country is doing really badly under them, and no one wants to talk about it."
"One day the fake media will become the real media, and you'll see a real change in our country," said Trump, which was met by applause.
He said Harris wants to defund the police, abolish cash bail, and abolish I.C.E. He also said Harris has "set the country on fire."
"You will have World War III without me," said the former president.
"We're going to beat them like a drum," said Trump. "It's so important to vote Trump and stop the destruction of our country. We won't have a country left."
"They don't call him Crooked Joe for no reason," said Trump in regards to his former opponent, President Joe Biden. "During his time as President, he took classified documents from the White House."
Trump on Harris' economic plan
Trump also spoke about the economy and the job market. "I kept every promise I made to the workers Pennsylvania," said Trump in regards to the job market here in the Commonwealth.
"I'm proud to announce as President, I lost billions of dollars. But we want to make America great again," said the former president.
"Our plan will massively cut taxes," Trump said. "I gave you the best tax cut in history." He said under his agenda, he will "bring jobs back to the United States."
"We're going to end Kamala Harris' war on energy," Trump added while speaking. "On day one, I will tell the frackers of Pennsylvania to 'drill, baby drill.' She's a non-fracker, you know," added Trump. "My administration will cut the cost of energy in half within the first twelve months."
Trump said Pennsylvania is one of the largest energy producers, and that with Harris, the country will be like a "third world."
"You're heading to the depression like 1929 with her," said Trump, referencing his opponent. "We will not plunge our nation into poverty."
"We have a lot of competition out there. Kamala stands for factory obliteration. I stand for manufacturing dominance," added Trump.
Trump campaigns in PA
The former president was in Wilkes-Barre on Saturday and previously rallied in Harrisburg on July 31, in what was Trump's first return to Pennsylvania since he was shot in the ear during a rally in Butler.
Trump's stop in York on Monday comes less than three months ahead of the 2024 presidential election.
"Thank you to Pennsylvania," said the former president, adding the reception was positive and full of "love."
