HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WCHS) — A man is accused of robbing a tobacco store in Huntington on Saturday night, police said.
Charles Farley, 35, is charged with robbery in an incident at Stogies on Washington Avenue about 10:30 p.m., according to a criminal complaint filed in Cabell County Magistrate Court.
The complaint said Farley walked into the business, pulled out a weapon and took an unknown amount of cash from the register.
Police said Farley took off, but they were able to use surveillance video to identify him and arrest him. Dispatchers said nobody was injured in the incident.
