PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — State Police arrested a South Carolina man for attempting to fly out of Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport with nine pounds of marijuana.
Troopers arrested 25-year-old James Perryon Monday after he was detained by airport police when the marijuana lot was found bound for a Breeze Airlines flight.
State police charged Perry with Intent to deliver marijuana and possession of a schedule IV controlled substance.
Bristol County district attorney says man found outside New Bedford supermarket was killed
Perry was arraigned at Third Division District Court.
He was granted bail of $20,000 with surety, according to court documents.
